Idaho (July 3, 1890)

Idaho (July 3, 1890) was the 43rd State admitted to the Union. The Constitution of the State of Idaho, adopted 1889, stated:

<Preamble. We, the people of the State of Idaho, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, to secure its blessings and promote our common welfare do establish this Constitution.> 1890ID001
