Oklahoma (November 16, 1907)

Oklahoma (November 16, 1907) was the 46th State admitted to the Union. The Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, adopted 1907, stated:

<Preamble. Invoking the guidance of Almighty God, in order to secure and perpetuate the blessings of liberty...establish this Constitution.> 1907OK001
