Sir Charles Bell (November 1774-April 28, 1842)

Sir Charles Bell (November 1774-April 28, 1842) was a great anatomist and surgeon. He was professor of Comparative Anatomy at the Royal College of Surgeons in England and author of numerous volumes. The title of one of his treatise was:

<The Hand; Its Mechanism and Vital Endowments, and Evincing Design, and Illustrating the Power, Wisdom, and Goodness of God.> 1774CB001
